Magnificent setting, helpful and incredibly nice staff.
The hotel of choice in Mexico City. Welcome base for a 2-night stay. Location close enough to a resturant as well as Mexico. Also, in the middle of jackson. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The breakfast team were very polite and the cleaning staff too. The location is perfect for travellers who want to see the most important things. The staff was very courteous, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great, every day different, and always starting with fruit and coffee. Importantly, the bed was very comfortable.
When we arrived, the man at the front desk tried to give us a completely different room altogether. He claimed there were no other rooms available.
